If the problem persists, you should go to the “Device Manager” and look among the installed equipment for a device not recognized by the computer. Right-click on it and select the Update Driver option. Next, click on the item “Search for a driver on this computer” and “Select a driver from the list of already installed drivers.” From the list provided, select "USB MTP Device".

Solution:
